MONEY $MART KIDS/ TEENS/STUDENTS
Money $mart Kids/Teens/Students is a highly engaging and interactive financial literacy workshop designed to educate young learners from grades 4-12 and college students about important money management concepts. This workshop is filled with fun activities, games, and exercises that make learning about money fun, easy, and accessible.
During the workshop, participants will learn practical money management skills, such as budgeting, saving, investing, and financial planning. The students will be exposed to various forms of debit and credit, checking accounts, loans, mortgages, and the importance of a good credit score. Participants will also be taught how to recognize common financial traps, such as scams, frauds, and high-interest loans, and how to avoid them.
NAVIGATING YOUR CAREER WITH INTENTION
Participants will complete a values and goals exercise, map their career journey to-date using a Lifelines framework and explore the differences between a “destination” career path and an “interesting assignment” career path. Time permitting we’ll also talk about the role mentors, sponsors, supporters/fans, coaches, and mentees play in our journey.
